PEX300×1300 Secondary Fine Jaw Crusher for High-Yield Aggregate Production

The PEX300x1300 offers a significant step up in both intake size and volume. It features a wider and taller feed opening (300×1300 mm vs. 250×1200 mm), allowing it to accept larger feed stones up to 250 mm. Powered by a larger 55 kW motor (compared to 37 kW), it delivers a much higher maximum throughput of 105 t/h, making it ideal for medium-to-large aggregate operations.

Because this model handles higher tonnage and larger feed sizes up to 250 mm, the crushing forces are considerably higher than in smaller models. Standard manganese steel can deform under these loads. Our Mn18Cr2 alloy (18% Manganese, 2% Chrome) provides excellent initial structural toughness and accelerates its surface work-hardening reaction, ensuring extended wear life when crushing highly abrasive rock.

In continuous 8-to-10 hour shifts crushing highly abrasive granite or basalt, a set of premium Mn18Cr2 plates typically lasts between 3 to 5 months. Both our fixed and movable jaw plate profiles are symmetrical and fully reversible, meaning you can flip them upside down to use the fresh upper teeth, effectively doubling their operating life.

The mechanical design of the PEX300x1300 defines a safe discharge adjustment range of 30 mm to 90 mm. We strictly advise against setting the CSS below 30 mm. Doing so causes extreme material packing at the bottom of the cavity, accelerates plate wear, stresses the motor, and can cause the mechanical toggle plate to snap prematurely.

The crusher utilizes a traditional, heavy-duty sacrificial cast-iron toggle plate positioned behind the moving jaw pitman. If an uncrushable object (such as a steel excavator tooth) falls into the chamber, the toggle plate will act as a mechanical fuse and snap cleanly. This immediately interrupts the crushing stroke, protecting the expensive forged eccentric shaft from structural damage.

The net machine weight is approximately 15,600 kg, meaning it can be securely loaded into a standard 20-foot shipping container. It requires a 55 kW industrial electric motor, which we can build to match your local industrial grid's voltage and frequency specifications (e.g., 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, etc.).
